Berkshire Labels originated in 1981 with a hot-foil label press installed in the family garage.
Managing Director Paul Roscoe’s passion for print started at an early age, positioning Berkshire Labels to be at the forefront of manufacturing high quality labels and shrink sleeves.
Our world class manufacturing site is unrivalled for its expansive footprint in both digital and conventional capabilities. The knowledge and harmonisation of both technologies under the same roof provides our customers with the perfect label solution every time.
With investment and innovation always at the heart of everything we do, we have moved on from where it all started, but we will never forget how we got here.
In December 2022 Berkshire Labels joined the Asteria Group, still maintaining all our original core values but with the benefit of the support offered from the larger Asteria family.
ASTERIA GROUP
Asteria Group originated as a family-owned business, located in Belgium. It all started under the name of Accent Etiketten in 1985.
In 2018, Asteria Group was officially formed by Ives Declerck, bringing together a network of label and packaging specialists. A series of strategic acquisitions followed, transforming Asteria into a Pan-European entity.
The groups expansion included companies from the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Finland and Estonia, Spain, UK and Ireland.
Asteria Group’s growth strategy emphasised integrating companies that shared its entrepreneurial DNA, focusing on customer centricity and flexibility.
Today, Asteria Group stands as a leading European label specialist, operating 35 local sites and producing over 20 billion printed labels annually for more than 16,000 customers (September 2025).
